This spring family photoshoot at Millerton Lake with Danny, Nancy, and their two sons was so fun and had such cool vibes with the vintage car as the backdrop! Danny has actually been working hard to restore the car for years. When it was done they wanted to celebrate by having family photos with the car! I think it was such a good and fun idea because it’s such a sentimental piece, and it sure is a beauty, too!

How Incorporating Props Can Make a Big Difference in Your Photos

The addition of this car in their family photos really made a difference. While Millerton Lake is stunning on its own, adding in the vintage car really added such a fun and cool vibe to this family session. I also loved the way the color pops in the photos as well. There are so many different props that you can add to your photos to make them unique to you. You could pack a family picnic, bring your favorite board game to play together for some fun shots, or maybe you have a favorite park you go to with your kids. You could always have a candid session just playing at the park! Adding in props not only makes it fun but also makes it unique to you and your family!
