Today I am so excited to share a recap of my family’s Zion National Park trip! We went on this trip for an entire week and it was so much fun! Keep scrolling to see more of my family’s spring break trip!
As a photographer, I absolutely love to travel to epic locations! So, of course it is fitting for me to go to Zion, The Slot Canyons and Horseshoe Bend for our vacation. We went with my husband’s parents, my husband’s brother and their family, my mom and a couple close friends. There was a group of 23 of us with 12 of them being kids. Having such a big group made everything even more exciting.
Zion National Park
Our trip began at Zion National Park! Here, we took advantage of the breathtaking backdrop and we took family photos! We did a couple hikes and then one day we took everyone on E-bikes and that was amazing! We all brought our travel trailers and camped at Zion Canyon campground. It was such an amazing spot for families.
Slot Canyons
We left Zion and went to the Slot Canyons in Kanab. Our time there was filled with adrenaline fuelled activities! From sandboarding and to UTV tours, Slot Canyons was so much fun! That night we camped at Lake Powell.
Horseshoe Bend
From there we visited Horseshoe Bend and it was amazing! We got to see it for sunset and it was definitely worth seeing. On the way home we stopped in Vegas for a night and showed my son Freemont Street and he loved it! This added a touch of excitement to our unforgettable trip!
