This was a large extended family photoshoot with Jasmine and her family. Woodward Park’s Shinzen Friendship Garden in Fresno was the perfect location! With Woodward Park offering over 300 acres, there’s plenty of room and photo opportunities. But if you want something even more beautiful, the Shinzen Friendship Garden inside Woodward is even better. It offers lush greenery, colorful flowers, and even water features throughout the garden. The beauty of the garden is just one reason to choose the friendship garden in Fresno for your photoshoot! Additionally, it offers the perfect backdrop for grad portraits, quinceaera portraits, couple’s sessions, or even maternity photos! They even host weddings and private events here as well and offer five main event locations depending on the guest size. While you need a photo permit to have professional photos taken here and do have to pay a small entry fee, it’s worth it to have a session at this location. The hours are from 10am-7pm Wednesdays through Sunday’s, but that still offers plenty of time for family portraits during the school season if we plan to meet after school. If you have littles, this is the perfect spot because they love exploring the garden!
