The best way to describe this Sequoia family photoshoot at Grant Grove is the word epic! Bethany, Dan, and their son Henry recently moved to the Fresno area. They wanted to capture some awesome family photos in Sequoia National Park! Grant Grove in Sequoia offers amazing views, so that’s where we decided to adventure for their family photoshoot. Grant Grove in Sequoia National Park is a little over an hour from Fresno, making it a great choice if you don’t want to go all the way to the Big Trees Trail or General Sherman Trail. While Fresno is home to many beautiful locations for family photos, if you’re looking for something a little more adventurous and different, then Sequoia is perfect!

Fun Family Adventures at Grant Grove in Sequoia National Park

This beautiful family was up for adventure and also up for some playful shots like piggy back rides. Henry is just the cutest thing. He loves to be outdoors and getting dirty, so going to Sequoia and taking a little adventure was right up his alley! As a family they love to do things outside along with hiking and camping, so I knew that Sequoia would be the perfect location. They all wore perfect outfits that complimented each other and the beautiful backdrop of the forest. It’s so special to document such memorable moments for families, and it was such an honor to be chosen as their Sequoia family photographer!
