This winter wonderland session we did with Amber and Danny was seriously so dreamy! This blog is FILLED with Yosemite National Park location ideas for your romantic engagement session. Amber and Danny’s wedding is in November of next year so these winter engagement pictures will be perfect for their fall/winter save the dates! Amber and Danny were so natural with each other and sooo easy to photograph. At the end, they even whipped out cupcakes from Frosted Cakery in Fresno which is who they’re using for their wedding! They originally wanted the session without the snow but it unexpectedly snowed before their session and it was so beautiful! They were so happy with how these photos turned out. Come find more ideas for your winter engagement below!
Yosemite National Park Locations for a Winter Wonderland Engagement Session
Yosemite has endless locations to choose from. Each offer their own unique view and vibe to them! Yosemite is the best place to go for the adventurous couple looking to have a blast during their winter engagement session! Taft Point is a gorgeous place for your engagement pictures, especially at sunset! A 2.2 mile round trip hike will have you overlooking all of Yosemite Valley. Glacier Point is another stunning location in Yosemite. At sunset, a half dome reflects light over all the cliffs in Yosemite. Olmsted Point is another stunning location, especially during winter! It has endless views of Yosemite’s hills and cliffs that will be covered in snow during your winter engagement photoshoot. Some other honorable mentions are Tunnel View, and the beach by the Merced River. Whatever vibe you are going for, Yosemite definitely has it!
