Sunrise to Sunset Intimate Wedding at Yosemite National Park

There’s no better place for an adventurous, all-day celebration than Yosemite National Park! Elissa and Ben’s day was the perfect mix of calm, fun, and completely them. From a sunrise first look to a sunset champagne toast, this wedding at Yosemite was everything an intimate wedding should be laid-back, intentional, and full of love (plus a few tail wags from their pups).

Elissa and Ben’s Intimate Wedding Day

We kicked off the day before sunrise at Glacier Point, where Elissa and Ben shared their first look with Yosemite Valley glowing behind them. The early wake-up was so worth it, the light was soft and golden, and they were completely in the moment. After a few portraits at the overlook, we headed down into the valley for the rest of their wedding at Yosemite adventure. Their ceremony took place at Bridalveil Fall, surrounded by family, friends, and the sound of rushing water. They kept it short and sweet with heartfelt vows, happy tears, and of course, their dogs right by their side. It couldn’t have felt more genuine or relaxed just pure joy all around.

After the ceremony, everyone headed to Cathedral Beach for a cozy picnic-style reception with cake, snacks, and a champagne toast under the trees. Later that evening, we met back up at Taft Point for sunset portraits, where the two of them read private vows as the sky turned pink and gold. They popped champagne, danced on the cliffs, and ended the day exactly how it started, just the two of them soaking it all in! Truly the best ending to an unforgettable wedding at Yosemite.
