A Sequoia Elopement at Beetle Rock | Sequoia Elopement Photographer

Viridiana and Ben’s Sequoia elopement at Beetle Rock was stunning! As a Sequoia elopement photographer, I love Beetle Rock for ceremonies! It truly is one of the best places to elope in Sequoia National Park! It has beautiful views and it’s great for sunset portraits as well! Ben and Viridiana were originally planning a wedding but it soon became overwhelming for them. They then decided to elope and get married at an epic location with just their close family. Viridiana and Ben knew it was the best way to go for them. They brought their parents and Viridiana’s three daughters. The couple is shy in front of the camera and wanted to have the photos focused more on the background as much as possible and that is my specialty! I definitely think we achieved this in their Sequoia wedding gallery!

Sequoia National Park – The Perfect Location For an Intimate Elopement

A secluded spot like Sequoia is the perfect place to elope because the views are spectacular and it’s so romantic to be surrounded by nature. Taking photos of the huge Sequoia trees along with my clients never gets old for me. The best way to photograph Sequoia trees is with a 15-35mm lens to get a distorted look and to capture the whole tree! We started at Beetle Rock for the ceremony at 2pm, and then roamed around and explored Crescent Meadow, The Parker Group, and then back to Beetle Rock for sunset so Viridiana and Ben could take it all in. The views were just incredible! I loved getting to know these two and I’m so happy that I could’ve been part of their Sequoia elopement experience!
